IYLI is proud of its alumni and maintains contact with them through a Yahoo listserve, Facebook and networking directory on this web site. 

Alumni contribute to sustaining the IYLI legacy by serving as members of the Board of Directors, volunteering in a variety of capacities such as administrative assistants, seminar coordinators, hosts of fund raising events and traveling overseas as group leaders.

IYLI uses the listserve to disseminate information about employment and internship opportunities in higher education, government, corporate and non-profit settings. As a result of their in-depth, service-oriented and multifaceted experiences, many IYLI alumni pursue careers in helping professions including health, education, international development and public service. Alumni have built on their IYLI training and experiences to continue to work toward the betterment of their local and world community.
